We realized that despite the numerous recruitment agencies in the Philippines, there was a need for professionally managed recruitment agency and that the need was urgent. Metro Jobs developed and conceptualized a Direct Sales Division called Direct Sales Support and Personnel Services Inc. (DSSPS). The focus is to provide a total Outsourced Sales Organization. An organization that will provide integrated solutions and contractually assumes substantial employer rights, responsibilities and risks.

The cost of sales can be high. Recruiting and training an in-house sales force requires a significant investment in time, administrative, managerial resources and money. By outsourcing sales, many costs including marketing, sales management, travel expense, facilities expense can be minimized or eliminated.
